We carry out maintenance on all brands and products, gates and doors alike. Our inspection process follows a detailed checklist, ensuring every component is thoroughly checked and tested. Once complete, we provide you with a full written report so you know exactly what was inspected, what is in good condition, and what may need attention down the track, such as batteries or wear parts.
Servicing & 12A Certificates
Regular servicing is the best way to avoid unexpected breakdowns and extend the life of your system. Our service visit includes:
- Full mechanical inspection and lubrication
- Safety force and speed testing
- Photocell and safety edge checks
- Remote and access control function test
- Firmware and limit adjustments as required
- Free 12A safety certificate on completion
For commercial properties, a current 12A certificate is a legal requirement under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. We make it easy — book your service and we'll handle the compliance documentation.
